LISBON – The Columbiana County Career Technical Center Health Academy Program announced the latest Patient Care Technician certification through the National Health Career Association.
Patient care technicians play an important role in healthcare delivery, providing direct care to patients under the supervision of nurses and other healthcare professionals. By completing rigorous training and earning certification, patient care technicians can monitor patients' vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, collect specimens for testing, and provide compassionate support to patients and their families. Demonstrate proficiency in key tasks, such as providing services.

Whether students decide to get a job after graduation or pursue a college degree, this certification gives them a competitive advantage over other candidates.
