Cantaloupe Inc., a provider of end-to-end technology solutions for self-service commerce, has acquired Cheq Lifestyle Technology Inc. for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release. This investment will prepare Cantaloupe for expansion into the sports, entertainment and restaurant sectors.
Cheq enables customers to streamline venue operations, increase efficiency, and increase revenue by leveraging mobile ordering, socially connected payments, real-time reporting, and remote support.

Cheq is a member of numerous professional sports teams, entertainment venues, and festivals, including the Washington Commanders (NFL), Florida Panthers (NHL), Philadelphia Union (MLS), Miami Marlins (MLB), and CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore (Oak View Group).
