Is cancer avoidable? yes. Isn't cancer hereditary? Probably only a small percentage (5-6%). However, most develop over time. Some people may think that exposure to carcinogens such as smoking, pesticides, and pollution are legitimate causes of cancer, but this is not the case. only reason. If that were the case, everyone would get cancer because we all breathe the same air and eat the same food. But that's not the case. Some even exceed that.

Cancer is a multifactorial disease, so the approach to cancer must be multifactorial. No nutritional supplements or medicines can prevent cancer. Instead, it is a combination of several aspects, including the food you eat, your environment, your mental health, the quality of your sleep, the way you move, your lifestyle, your medical history, past, and present.
Today's science has proven that many cancers are caused by a poor lifestyle. There are only a few cases where it is caused by genetics, but even in that case, it could have been prevented if the environment (lifestyle) was correct. We've all heard of epigenetics, the field that studies the effects of the environment (internal and external) on genes. A bad lifestyle can turn on bad genes and turn off good ones, and vice versa.
If you have a history of cancer in your family, you need to take care of your own health. Having a genetic predisposition does not necessarily mean you will get cancer, but creating the right environment for bad genes to express increases your chances of getting cancer. This is called gene expression. However, if you pay attention to your lifestyle and risk factors, you have a good chance of preventing the disease.
In my 13 years of practice in the field of integrative and lifestyle medicine, I have treated patients with many different types of cancer from all over the world. These include rare cancers, common cancers, mild cancers, advanced cancers, metastatic cancers, early stage cancers, and advanced cancers. Stages—Among all these cases, some obvious commonalities stand out. Looking back on these things, we realize that if we had taken care of these aspects, most patients could have been prevented from developing cancer. As lessons I learned from real cases, I will share some of their commonalities here.
Deep-rooted feelings: When we look at cancer survivors, we see them getting out of toxic relationships, getting better sleep, eating healthier, becoming more active, and most importantly, changing their attitude toward life. You'll notice. An individual's attitude and outlook on life are important in fighting a major disease like cancer. You need to learn to accept and let go of certain things.
Stress can weaken your immune system. Avoid falling into “victim mode” and even if you are in victim mode, try to get out of it to improve your quality of life. Surround yourself with positive people who encourage you and give you hope for a better, healthier, longer life. Anger, hatred, unforgiveness and negative emotions will only make things worse. Research shows that 61% of cancer patients have forgiveness issues. This fact is not meant to scare anyone, but to show that it's not worth holding on to. About resentment, resentment, and how our egos sometimes get in the way of living a better life.

Chronic constipation: Constipation is common, but not normal. What do you end up doing every time you hold in poop in your colon? Your body holds harmful waste products that need to be eliminated. Chronic constipation has been studied as a common denominator in several cases ranging from headaches and migraines to cancer. If waste products that should be eliminated from the body continue to accumulate, certain genetic mutations may occur and eventually lead to cancer. Excess hormones, such as estrogen, can also be reabsorbed into the body, making it estrogen dominant, which can trigger several other conditions, such as hormone-dependent cancers.
If you run with chronically low vitamin D3 and B12 levels: This is basic. Too many people today have severely low levels of vitamin D3 and vitamin B12. One in two of the patients we see are operating at dangerously low levels 3, 5, or 10. It's like a silent epidemic. There's a lot of medical science linking vitamins D3 and B12 to just about everything, from the immune system to hormones to brain health. If you have PCOS, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, weak bones, low energy levels, any autoimmune disease, or are undergoing severe treatment, you need to get adequate levels of these two vitamins. Start by checking your vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 levels and aim to increase them towards a higher range. Accumulating this deficiency can cause many problems, and simply increasing your levels of these vitamins can protect your health in many ways.
Decreased metabolism, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance: Cancer is a metabolic disease, and having cancer means a decline in metabolism. Addressing elevated blood sugar levels and decreased metabolism is in most cases essential for cancer management and prevention. Many people think that by taking medication he has learned how to live with type 2 diabetes, and in the report the levels appear to be good, but that does not solve the problem. Because it is a high risk factor for cancer, you should work with your doctor to reduce your medication dosage and make lifestyle modifications that address the root of your symptoms.
Cancer symptoms: Scary but real. Your thoughts and mind can play an important role in triggering illness. As the state of the world and cancer statistics continue to advance, it can be easy for fear to get the better of us. But this is where you need to use faith, belief, prayer, and even fear as fuel to take action and focus on what you can control. Remember, someone else's story doesn't have to be yours. There is power in believing that you are protected and safe.
If one of the five basic elements of the human body breaks down, this is what happens. There are five basic defense mechanisms that everyone uses. These are angiogenesis, stem cell regeneration, DNA health, a healthy and diverse gut microbiome, and a well-trained immune system. These form your health blueprint. If any of these mechanisms malfunction, you are more likely to develop one or more health problems instead of just one. Therefore, integrative and lifestyle medicine recognizes this and creates personalized lifestyle and nutritional protocols that focus on strengthening, building, and repairing the body's beautiful intelligence.
So, there is something called destiny and no one can control it, but we have a lot of power and control over our lifestyle and by adopting a quality lifestyle, we can prevent cancer. The possibility of doing so increases.
