The inspiring story of a young boy who turned his crocheting hobby into a way to earn money to help others has been shared on social media. This child's story left a warm feeling in people's hearts.
Instagram page Good News Movement shared a story. He added that the boy, Jonah, was adopted from Ethiopia when he was five months old. His adoptive parents were also told that he “may have developmental and learning problems.”
“Jonah proved that the opposite was true. Even as a toddler, he was drawn to learning how to crochet and began crocheting right away. After releasing several videos of him knitting beautiful pieces at an unprecedentedly fast pace, he quickly sold out online. He decided to donate his earnings to help children in his homeland, and he was born “I donated to Roots Ethiopia, an organization that benefits the community and the orphanage where I lived, and continues to look for ways to improve the lives of my fellow Ethiopians,” the page added.
They also shared Jonah's words. “I think crocheting is a positive way to bring the world together. It's just a craft that everyone can come together and enjoy.”
