On Thursday, April 11, the Atlantic Regional Chamber Ambassadors celebrated their 10th anniversary hosted by the Atlantic Animal Health Center.
Dr. Kate and Pat Hoffman purchased Atlantic Animal Health Center from Dr. Keith Leonard in 2014. The facility has continued to grow and change since its inception. Dr. Kate Hoffman said the first upgrade made to the clinic was the purchase of gas anesthesia, and she said the clinic continues to upgrade diagnostic capabilities such as in-house tests and digital X-rays. Latest changes to the clinic include client communications such as an online pharmacy, a user-friendly patient portal app, and two-way text messages.
Looking to the future, the Hoffman family plans to purchase property on the west side of the Atlantic Ocean and build a new office building. Although plans are still in the early stages, the Hoffmans are excited to expand the clinic's footprint to serve more patients and attract more employees.
Atlantic Animal Health Center employs four full-time support staff and several part-time staff. Dr. Hoffman and his team care for many types of small animals through comprehensive veterinary services focused on the health, wellness, and care of your pet. Atlantic Animal Health Center's services include wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, surgery, laboratory tests, and boarding.
