Preview all adoptable pets at www.spcaflorida.org. To meet and adopt a pet at SPCA Florida, stop by our adoption center Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ash (left) and Ember (right) were brought together and love each other very much and should be adopted together. That means you get double the love and double the pets. Ember may be a little affectionate, but she will come to understand her sweet-sour ways. Both dogs have gorgeous dark charcoal gray fur. Ash takes care of Ember when she's shy, but they're both total cuddle bugs. In fact, they huddle so close together that they sometimes look like one cat with eight legs. Christopher came to SPCA Florida after his owner passed away. She has been loved and pampered since she was a small kitten, so she is a little nervous in her new environment. He can be a little shy at first, but he is a very friendly guy who will rub your pets and scratches. He bumps his head a little to let you know that he likes you and doesn't mind getting more attention. He is a great lap cat and will want to be close to you and even sleep with you. He is still young and energetic and he likes to play with toys. He had seen dogs and other cats before, but they didn't seem to bother him. I don't know what he thinks about children. Chester is a middle-aged (7 year old) indoor dog who loves humans and chewy things. He still exhibits puppy-like behavior such as high energy, intelligence, and playfulness when balls and tow ropes are strewn across the landscape. In between his frenetic playtime, he enjoys cuddles. Stroke him all over his 54 pound body. A previous owner said he was like Velcro and he always wanted to stick to your side. He doesn't like thunderstorms. Hank's sweet and cuddly demeanor and his unique blend of breeds make him a great family pet.
