Ann Arbor-based DaySmart Software, a vertically focused business management software provider, has acquired Austin, Texas-based Time To Pet, a provider of pet care software.
The acquisition provides existing DaySmart Pet customers with pet sitting and dog walking capabilities, enhancing the company's pet grooming and daycare services. Financial details have not been made public.
Time To Pet's system includes core features such as customer and staff management, integrated scheduling and billing, and online payments, as well as advanced features such as GPS tracking, automatic charging, visit report cards, and pet parent communication. provides functions.
