In a shocking incident, an Aeromexico passenger opened the emergency exit door and began walking on the plane's wing. According to a BBC report, the incident occurred while the plane was still parked waiting to take off from Mexico's international airport.
The man took this action after his flight to Guatemala City was delayed for nearly five hours, leaving passengers without air conditioning or water. After the man reboarded the plane, he was taken into custody by local police.
“Yesterday, a passenger on a flight to Guatemala opened the emergency door of a stationary airplane at a remote location, stood on the wing and re-entered the cabin, but did not come into contact with the airplane or people,” the airport said in a statement to the Associated Press. There was no impact.” In accordance with international security regulations, the person surrendered to authorities. ” (Also read: Virgin Atlantic flight canceled after passenger makes gruesome discovery on plane wing)

He saved our lives,” the passengers wrote in a statement.
Several videos and photos of the incident were shared on X and quickly went viral. The post shows excited people waiting on the plane, and also shows one passenger arguing with a flight attendant.
