Following the “Big Spring Sale,” Amazon is gearing up for another multi-day sales event.
Amazon is inviting all pet owners to participate in its “Pet Day” sale from May 7th to 8th. Thousands of pet-related items will be on sale for 48 hours, allowing consumers to stock up for their furry friends.
“Amazon Pet Day is a 48-hour event featuring thousands of products on sale to help you feed, pamper, and play with your pet,” the company said in a statement. “This year Amazon Pet Day in the US is May 7th and 8th, giving shoppers two full days to save on household products, electronics and personal care products for their pets. ”
Save on pet essentials
Ahead of the sale, Amazon announced several brands that will be discounted during the Pet Day sale. These include Blue Buffalo, Jinx Pet Food, Bundle x Joy, Genius Litter, Purina, HoppScotch.bun, Pet Mate, Halo Collar, Furbo, Merrick, and more.

This sale is accessible to all Amazon customers. You don't need to be a Prime member. Prime members enjoy the same benefits as usual, including free shipping on all orders during the sale.
Pet owners can also create a pet profile that links to their Amazon account. The site allows you to select your pet, breed, age, weight, gender, food preferences, favorite toys and treats, and more. From there, you can sign up for Pet Girlfriend coupons and tips emails for specific pets, as well as personal recommendations for food, treats, toys, and more.
The official sale begins on May 7th, but Amazon says pet parents can start saving on their pets' favorite items as early as April 23rd.
