A Mumbai comedian was asked to vacate his rented apartment before the lock-in period ended. Swaroop provided a detailed account of the incident. Based on screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation, the landlord promised to pay the deposit after Swaroop vacated the premises. He said he would issue a check after checking the electricity usage and inspecting the apartment.
