Everyone agrees that losing weight is probably one of the most difficult tasks. Getting rid of stubborn body fat is a daily battle. Most often in battles our favorite dishes are sacrificed. However, obesity and overweight are major problems faced by young people today. Recently, Niriksha Pandey (31) lost 12 kg in two and a half months, reducing her weight from her highest weight of 68 kg to 56 kg, and her rapid transformation is attracting attention. . So today, let's take a look at her eating and training routine to burn off those extra calories.
According to reports, childbirth is a common cause of weight gain in women. In Niriksha's case, she started gaining excessive weight after giving birth to her second child. After her pregnancy, she became busy with caring for her child and did not have time to take care of herself.
In June 2021, Niriksha gave birth to her second child. Since then, none of her clothes fit her anymore. So she had to buy her new clothes and she started buying XL and her XXL size clothes. But after some time, Ms. Niriksha decided to lose her weight and started focusing on her diet and exercise.
Food list:
- breakfast: Early in the morning, she ate five almonds, two walnuts, a teaspoon of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and two figs. At 9 a.m., she had breakfast of aval, semiya, pasta, three types of idlis, and chutney.
- lunch: In the afternoon, she would eat an apple, an orange, and a cup of papaya. For lunch, she had 2 chapattis, 1 bowl of vegetables, 1 bowl of lentils, and 1 bowl of salad.
- dinner: She used to eat dal khichdi at 6 o'clock and a salad for dinner in the evening. There was no food or drink after that. She also avoided any processed foods or fast foods from her diet.
Daily exercise:
Niriksha's daily routine was to exercise for 30 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the evening. But she didn't go to the gym. Overall, by following this meal plan and her simple exercises, she achieved her weight loss goal.
