CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Canyon ISD officials announced that Canyon High School, Randall High School, West Plains High School, and Midway Alternative High School will collaborate to host “CISD Finance Your Future Night.”
The event is scheduled for February 1 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the Happy State Bank Stadium conference room.
CISD officials detailed that financial experts will be in attendance to assist guests with university finances, including FAFSA applications and scholarship information.
“This informative networking event is part of CISD's mission to empower students for lifelong success,” officials said in a news release.
CISD said the event will include:
- 1:1 FAFSA Assistance
- Scholarship application details
- Q&A session with financial experts
- Several scholarship giveaways and drawings sponsored by Education Credit Union and Amarillo College Foundation
Canyon ISD added that this event is exclusive to Canyon Independent School District high school seniors and their parents.
