Pet lovers and animal lovers gathered at the Onalaska Omni Center to take part in a unique Pet Expo presented by Playland Junction.
ONALASKA, Wis. (WXOW) – Pet lovers and animal lovers gathered at the Onalaska Omni Center to take part in a unique Pet Expo presented by Playland Junction.
Attendees were able to browse numerous tables of pet food, toys, and supplies available for purchase.
One of the highlights of the event was seeing and interacting with some of the animals at the expo. Professional animal guardians were also on hand to offer advice to those looking to adopt.
“We have a lot of different animals that come looking for families and homes,” says Tasha Adams, co-owner of Playland Junction. “We also have a lot of breeders and people who know a lot about animals. Even if you don't want to get a pet right now, you can talk to people about how best to care for your animal.”
The event features unique animals such as bearded dragons, cockroaches, tarantulas, and even an emperor scorpion.
