flip flop: This beautiful hound is excited to meet his forever family. She is good with other dogs and everyone. Flip flops are about 1 year old. She is enjoying her time at her nursing home and she would love to have the opportunity to meet with her.
Roux: Lou is a beautiful girl who wants to have a house with a fenced garden and lots of love. she is very kind She knows that Roo will sit and shake and she gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter. Lou is about 1-2 years old.
K-22-2: This gorgeous girl is ready for her forever home. She enjoys a soft cat bed and lots of treats. She gets along well with other cats and dogs.
K-2: This girl is really adorable and very friendly. She can't wait to meet her new family. She loves to be held, given treats, and played with toys.

Burke County Animal Services It is located at 425 Kirksey Drive in Morganton. Adoption fees are $20 for cats and $40 for dogs and include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, and other precautions. Veterans can adopt a pet for free with military ID.
Animal Services is currently in need of food donations for the Community Pet Food Bank, which helps pets of people in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Drive, Morganton, NC 28655.
