On Thursday, April 25th, Jacobs Media will announce the results of Techsurvey 2024 in a free webinar. Prior to the presentation inside radio Sponsored by Qu, Jacobs Media has revealed some additional data.
Previously, results were shared about how listeners felt about AI and how much they wanted to interact with on-air personalities.
The 2024 Techsurvey also revealed that three in four respondents (77%) say they have used a QR code on a mobile device at least once or twice in the past year. Ta. More than 4 in 10 (43%) reported using her QR code “several times or more” in the past 12 months. Younger generations of radio listeners are even more likely to connect through these cords.

This year's study included more than 31,000 surveys of core radio listeners from 500 participating stations in the U.S. and Canada. Our annual Techsurvey examines the role of broadcast radio in the expanding and increasingly crowded digital, audio and video landscape.
