Director (f/m/d) Marketing Insights and Analytics – European and International

We are currently looking for a Director (f/m/d) of European and International Marketing Insights & Analytics to join our team in Berlin.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all insights and analysis activities across European and international marketing and sales to maximize the success and revenue of all frontline and catalog release campaigns.
what are you going to do
- Collate, analyze, and interpret data insights on marketing initiatives, budget allocation, repertoire performance and opportunities, consumer behavior, artist analytics, and digital partner performance across European and international repertoire-focused marketing campaigns. - Proactively initiate projects with artist, release, label, platform, market or industry analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations to your business
- We help global marketing and sales teams identify industry trends, relevant technology advancements, and commercial performance, gather and understand global insights, and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and contribute significantly to the decision-making process.
- Stay up to date on changes and developments in the digital media and streaming landscape across different partners and geographies
- We support businesses that shape the evolution of our revenue formats and service offerings.Drive market improvement and change through innovation, research and involvement in new projects
- Analyze social and digital marketing data, establish metrics to measure KPIs, and work closely with relevant departments to further enhance consumer engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management and the label regarding projects and special investigations.
What to bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analysis, or related field
- Extensive experience in extracting insights from data and developing recommendations
- Strategic and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical methods
- Knowledge of data warehouses and software used to query, extract, and manipulate data.
- Experience with SQL and BigQuery
- Ability to present complex analyzes in concise and practical presentations.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, answering spontaneous questions, developing and testing hypotheses, and collaborating with key stakeholders to build work.
- fluent in English
