Florence Cosmeticos and Florence by Mills
According to Google Trends, searches for “Florency Cosmetícos” are up 1,050%, but there are no obvious news reports or social media posts to explain why. The company has an Instagram account with his 78,000 followers and appears to be associated with a Brazilian beauty retailer, judging by the videos posted touring its storefronts.
As we researched this trend, we noticed that the Florence by Mills brand continued to appear in search results, so we thought we'd check it out. The American brand, led by actress Millie Bobby Brown (also known as “Mills”), positions itself as a clean, affordable and inclusive brand. The Gen Z-loved brand recently launched a new fragrance and fashion line, with the concept of “expressing your wild, authentic self.'' you. ”
The brand is currently focused on launching new acne products, particularly its exfoliating acne solution Spot-A-Spot. This formula contains 2% salicylic acid, plus allantoin and amino acids to cushion, soothe, and comfort your skin. This is in line with the recently described gentle skin care revolution.

Searches for “Makeup AR.com” and “Makeup-ar.com face Shape” are also on the rise, at +800% and +550%, respectively, according to Google Trends. This relates to Perfect Corp, the creator of the digital platform that partnered with Walmart last year to support cosmetic sampling using augmented reality (AR). The company's latest tool recommends makeup contours based on your face shape. It also estimates the user's age and reports other facial features.
2000s makeup
According to Google Trends, interest in “2000s makeup” has increased by 200%, and this seems to be particularly related to the viral trend on TikTok for people in Asia to recreate the look of Korean singer Lee Hyori . Reportedly, she has a hit song in her 2003 called “10 minutes,” which seems to be the theme music for many of these videos. The 2000s look can be described as glossy lips, cool eyeshadow, straight hair, and pale blush.

lion's mane and collagen supplements
Lion's Mane and Collagen Supplements are highlighted in Exploding Topics as an increase in product searches. This is not surprising, considering today's demand for nutritional cosmetics and beauty-from-within solutions. According to sources, lion's mane has increased by 208% in the past two years, and while its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties have been reported, its health benefits are being touted even more. Collagen gummies, which have an obvious skin barrier-building effect, have increased by 77% in the past two years.
sock waves and neon eyelashes
Finally, Spate's TikTok hashtag tracker reports an increase in tags related to “sock wave” (+388,200% week over week) and “neon false eyelashes” (+26,647% week over week). The term “sockwave” refers to a technique that creates waves in hair without the use of heat. Basically, you wet your hair, wrap it around a sock, curl it up, and sleep overnight. By morning, the hair will be dry and set in a curly shape, which will then unravel to reveal soft waves.
Neon false eyelashes are what you'd expect, but they can be achieved in several ways. One of his approaches, which has been showcased on social media, involves users coating fake eyelashes with pigment, letting it dry, and then applying it. The result is eyelashes that sparkle under black light. Notably, one user discussed whether the application for this pigment was approved by the FDA.Related to this, recent stories by Vietnam Lash describes neon eyelash extensions as “the latest sensation in town.” In this case, the extensions are actually made in neon colors.
