Job Title: Marketing Manager (hybrid target – mix of office and remote work)
Status: Full-time, reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for innovative and creative thinkers with a strong desire to grow multiple brands. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building, growing, and supporting the marketing strategy for both the Resurgence Brewing Co. and Blackbird Cider Works brands and taproom businesses. The Marketing Manager works with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement marketing initiatives that support the company's short- and long-term goals. This role currently has one direct report. As the business develops, more direct reports are added during off-hours.

- Lead brand, trade and taproom marketing, supporting commercial business through our wholesaler network and restaurant business in all markets.
- Build and support brand guidelines and brand identity for current and future products.
- Create and execute marketing strategies and ensure consistency of messaging across all communications, platforms, and geographies.
- Oversee all creative content materials for each sales channel and manage the entire creative process from concept to execution.
- Manages marketing coordinators and oversees project assignments and execution.
- Develop an annual marketing budget that focuses on ROI and achieves your company's goals.
- We help you generate leads and create marketing plans to help you get more sales leads.
- Assist with external agency selection and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Manage the hierarchy and effectiveness of B2B, B2C email and SMS communications across multiple software platforms.
- Responsible for providing cross-functional leadership with Operations and Sales for all product releases according to each brand's release calendar.
- Manage the development, production, and publication of exciting, trending content that aligns with industry best practices and brand guidelines.
- They have a “creative eye” for developing engaging content that resonates with their target audience.
- We carefully select all branded products sold online in our e-commerce and taproom product sections.
- Drive B2C strategies and support e-commerce for cider and beer sales through the company's website and the use of third-party vendors.
- Develop and implement compelling brand narratives and programs that capture media attention through press releases.
- Identify, develop, and execute brand partnerships that enable access to new markets/consumers, reduce costs/risk, and help create brand awareness.
- Your Brand Ambassador will guide, support, and drive your efforts to deliver a unique brand experience in your region.

Things necessary:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- At least 3 years of relevant digital marketing and/or communications experience (preferably within 3 years of joining).
- Daily necessities industry
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant/brewery/taproom marketing experience preferred.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
- Experience using various platforms such as booking platforms and IRI data such as Asana, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Toast, Toast Marketing and Loyalty, Jotform, Constant Contact, Adobe, Tok, Wix, Nielsen, etc.
- Experienced in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Solid knowledge of web and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HootSuite, etc.)
- Strong ability to build, execute, and scale omnichannel strategies
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to derive insights and actions from analytics to drive decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Very good presentation and public speaking skills.Ability to learn and apply product knowledge
- Passionate storytellers who write persuasive and effective copy to connect with consumers.
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Those who can work autonomously while collaborating with various departments
- Creative thinking to quickly change and adapt to new processes and changes
- Current driver's license valid for approximately 15% of typical trips
