As chair of Goldman's investment banking division, she advised major clients including Procter & Gamble, Nasdaq, IBM, KKR, Bain, Carlyle, and Warburg Pincus.
In 2023, he led numerous transactions on behalf of clients, including Nasdaq's $10.5 billion acquisition of software company Adenza and IBM's $4.6 billion acquisition of software company Aptio.
In 2022, Mr. Mass, 65, will be asked to lead Goldman's Office of Alumni Engagement, which aims to meaningfully engage more than 100,000 banking alumni in the spirit of the “One Goldman Sachs Mindset.” It was done. She is the first woman to serve in the role and also her first active partner.
