Abstract
Customer Marketing Manager: On-Premise will serve as the brand and category evangelist for the On-Prem business and Lagunitas' emerging categories. Omni He will report to the Director of Channel Marketing and will strategically plan and execute key initiatives across all on-premises segments, demonstrating skillful strategic planning and thinking skills.
what will you do
- Serving an internal client, the Head of On-Premise National Accounts, to build and execute an annual customer marketing plan for the top National Accounts.
- Responsible for developing and executing domestic and UPDS on-premises initiatives aligned to the annual customer marketing calendar.
- Develop a strategy to utilize mason jar products in promotional activities aimed at driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness.

- We provide RFPs and programs for key accounts and approved sponsorship activations.
- Build e-commerce programming to drive sales on B2B and B2C platforms. (i.e. Provi, Beerline, Union)
- Deliver marketing programs to brands and channels that are new to Lagunitas.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and IT departments to ensure draft beer-specific sales tools content is published on-time in DAM and CRM tools.
- Oversee beer and brand content at BeerBoard.
- Work with creative departments to ensure program timelines and projects are delivered on time and in full.
- Manage monthly budgets, issue purchase orders, and accurately track against plans.
- Fosters positive and collaborative relationships between creative, marketing, and sales teams.
what we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree required.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of work experience in management, marketing, promotion, sales, creative agency, etc.
- Ability to multitask, exhibit a sense of speed, and drive schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented focus and tenacious work ethic. They have the drive, determination, and urgency to do “whatever it takes” to achieve a specific goal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excels at telling your brand or program story with PowerPoint.
- Craft beer, counterculture lifestyle brand experiences, and daily necessities are ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and operationally when developing marketing strategies, tactics, and initiatives.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.
- Loving dogs is optional, but tolerance towards dogs is mandatory

- Hybrid work policy: You will be required to report to our Petaluma office at least three times per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays are required) to foster collaboration and serve as a culture bearer for the organization.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Travel accounts for about 20% of the year.
