BRAINERD — Essentia Health aims to raise awareness of women's health and increase access to critical services by hosting Women's Health Day on April 20 at Baxter.
Attendees can receive mammography exams, cervical cancer screenings, and learn about other topics related to women's health.
“Women's health exams are an important component of preventative medical care and can help identify and prevent potential health problems early,” said Shawna Reed, director of operations at Essentia Health Baxter Clinic, in a news release. “It makes it possible,” he said. Women can take control of their health by ensuring timely intervention and promoting overall health and longevity. ”
The event will be held at Essentia Health-Baxter Clinic, 13060 Isle Drive, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
