Chrysalis Records/Blue Raincoat Music is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team.
Chrysalis Records/Blue Raincoat Music is a leading independent music company headquartered in London and New York. Together with our US partner Reservoir Media, we own his legendary Chrysalis and Tommy Boy catalogs.

Marketing Assistant: Overview
The Marketing Assistant supports the team in all marketing activities and assists with administrative duties, communications, and data entry tasks for various projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and looking to gain experience in a music marketing focused role to join a growing team with an exciting and expanding roster of artists .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supports the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Campaign Marketing Manager across various projects and marketing campaign setups.
- Provide critical administrative support to marketing, streaming, and digital teams, including sending promotional materials, requesting/submitting assets, and generating reports on campaign activity and performance.
- Manage and regularly update relevant label/artist online platforms and CRM (playlists, website, social, YouTube, D2C, email, etc.).
- We can help you schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and more.
- Attend team meetings regarding the project, circulate agendas, and take minutes.
- Edit marketing assets, sales notes/priority sheets/team proposal forms.
- Securely collect and file assets and data for distribution to DSPs, media, and external partners.
- Oversee and edit weekly newsletters/communications and email updates for internal/external teams.
- Assist with event planning, ticket purchasing, and guest list requirements.
- Answer and give instructions to telephone calls, welcome guests, respond to label emails and other forms of communication.

Successful candidate:

This role is office based
office location: Shoreditch Old Street area
time: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 10pm to 5pm (Friday)
