This week's Mendocino Coast Humane Society pets are Yukon and Bobble. (contribution)
Yukon is a lively, active 2-year-old mixed breed with a medium build weighing 48 pounds. This energetic dog seeks a dynamic environment to stretch its legs and mind. Families with an active lifestyle are ideally suited to Yukon's vibrant nature. Yukon has been cat-tested and is showing signs that he may be able to coexist with our feline friends. Although he shows curiosity towards cats, he maintains a respectful attitude. With consistent training and occasional gentle reminders to honor the “leave me” command, the Yukon can be a great companion for a feline household. As we continue to learn more about Yukon's personality and preferences, we are committed to finding him a loving home where he can grow and spend his boundless energy. If you're looking for a devoted and energetic furry friend to join you on your adventures, the Yukon may be the perfect addition to your family.
We are excited to introduce you to Bobble, a beloved cat who has joined our shelter. Bobble came to us under sad circumstances as his previous owner passed away. Nevertheless, she showed her amazing resilience and warm disposition. The sounds she makes when she wakes up are very adorable. Her calm personality suggests that she prefers a quieter home environment. Bobble is very friendly and she has a history of getting along with dogs and cats in her previous home environment. This history of companionship demonstrated her ability to integrate well with other pets. It is recommended that she have at least one other animal so that she can be with her in her home. Bobble is the perfect cat for families looking for a gentle and sociable cat.
