Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev has shared snippets of himself relaxing after being discharged from a private hospital in Delhi, over a week after undergoing emergency brain surgery. Indraprastha Apollo Hospital said the spiritual leader had suffered a “life-threatening” hemorrhage inside his skull.
A video showed him sitting and meditating after being discharged from the hospital.
A video posted on his Instagram account was captioned, “Mr. Sadhguru's health is improving.''

Another short clip showed him walking through his garden with a cane.
The post said he was “progressing toward a full recovery.”
A third clip showed him placing snacks on a tray and sipping a drink during tea time.
The caption of the video reads, “Sadhguru recharges with a simple dinner.''

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev (66) underwent surgery on March 17th.
When he was discharged from the hospital, many of his followers gathered at the hospital gate and greeted him with joined hands.
Jaggi Vasudev is the founder of Isha Foundation, headquartered in Coimbatore. He launched campaigns such as “Save Soil” and “Rally for Rivers” to protect the environment.
According to the hospital, the man had been suffering from severe headaches for four weeks leading up to the surgery.
“Despite the intensity of the pain, he continued with his normal daily life and social activities and even performed Maha Shivaratri functions on March 8. Ignoring all the pain, he attended all the gatherings. '' said Dr. Vinit Suri, senior consultant neurologist at the hospital. he said in the video.
But the spiritual leader's headaches worsened by March 15, when he consulted Dr. Suri over the phone.
Suri immediately suspected a subdural hematoma and recommended an emergency MRI scan.
The spiritual leader underwent an MRI scan of his brain on the same day, which revealed that he had massive bleeding in his skull.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among those who wished him a speedy recovery.
