A woman in Bengaluru lodged a complaint against Mr. X on Monday night over an incident in which she was allegedly sexually harassed by a man in the city. In her post, she also shared a video of a man hiding her face. Despite the tragic incident, the woman decided not to file formal charges, citing “problems that will arise.”

However, she said she has no intention of filing a lawsuit, citing the emotional burden of the court process. “I cannot file an FIR because of all the problems that will arise. Additionally, the woman said the man was not intoxicated and was fully aware of what he was doing. She added: “It's a shame he's being released. He wasn't drunk and he wasn't a child. The woman said that no first information report (FIR) was filed, but police turned up at the scene after making a complaint. “To everyone asking why I broke up with him? I didn't.
