However, according to court documents, the charges have only just been filed and are farcical. Gregory Bryant, 66, punched the employee in the head, strangled him and then tied him up with zip ties. The victim said he was able to untie the zip ties as he tried to leave, but then another employee, a man named Timothy Hagan, blocked the door. The new document reportedly states: Bryant told the victim to re-tie the zip ties, then pointed a gun at the victim and threatened to kill him. The victim told deputies Bryant and another employee questioned him about tools stolen from the business. At some point, the victim managed to call 9111. Bryant faces multiple charges.
