“Providing the next generation with practical tools to learn about agricultural technology is just the right thing to do,” says Ben Sheldon, Sales Manager at Raven. “As we take on more complex technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, also known as AI, we need people who can understand, use, support, and continue to develop those technologies.
“If we don't educate the next generation to understand and support them, we will limit the progress that innovators like Raven are making to support a growing world.”
Future agricultural technology success
“The best possible outcome for educators and distributors is to encourage one student to participate in agricultural technology,” Sheldon says. “This will set the agricultural industry up for success in the future. When those students one day manage their family farms, they will be able to learn advanced technology more quickly.” may ultimately decide to work as a technology expert at a local dealership in the future, or even work with a company like CNH to design their next technology solution.”
