HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Everywhere you look, there are pets looking for good homes. This week on News 19, we feature two of his pets looking for furry homes, including one of his friends we've met before.
First up is Dango, who was first introduced on “Adoptable Pets” in December. Dango is an energetic 2 and a half year old mixed breed dog.
Officials with the Greater Huntsville Humane Society (GHHS) believe the dog would be perfect if it had a very active owner or had plenty of space to run and play. Although he gets along very well with other dogs, he has not yet learned etiquette when walking on a leash or greeting people.
Dango knows how to sit and gets along well with other dogs, although staff aren't sure how he will react to cats.
If you are interested in adopting Dango, you can find more information here.
This week, we're also featuring a pet that purrs more like a cat, along with Krunch.
Crunch is a two-and-a-half-year-old domestic shorthaired boy who always wears a stylish tuxedo. This handsome, friendly boy loves affection, and the people at GHHS say he will be a very sweet friend.
Staff say Crunch is a confident and sociable cat who seems to be friendly with other cats. But they're not so sure about dogs.
