Foothills Humane Society’s Pet of the Week – Phillip and Trixie

Meet 2-year-old Philip, a 40-pound, acrobatic wonder dog.
Phillip is a sheepdog/herding dog mix and is probably one of the most agile dogs we've had here. He loves jumping over things, side-jumping off walls, and sliding under things so smoothly and quickly that when he sees it, he wonders if he's seen it until he sees him do it again. I'm starting to doubt it. This handsome boy was destined to work on the farm as either a working dog or a movie star.
He gets along well with some dogs, but not with others. Therefore, if he has other dogs, it is a good idea to meet and greet them. Not recommended for small children. He is still learning not to jump on people and how to walk better on a leash.
Phillip has been spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and is ready to find his forever home.
If you are interested in meeting or adopting Phillp, please submit an adoption application here: www.https://foothillshumanesociety.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
Meet Trixie! She is a 10 year old, 8 pound tabby dog who is everyone's best friend.
Trixie loves attention. I think you can slowly introduce your cat to families with other cats, dogs, and children.
She is potty trained, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and ready for her forever home.
