AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Better Business Bureau officials announce the 2024 finalists and invite the community to the 2024 BBB Ethics Awards Torch Awards, where winners will be announced.
A celebration is scheduled for March 22 at 6 p.m. at Sunset Center.
Winners in three business categories will be announced during the event, recognizing Chris Reinhart's work in the community, and the 16 winning presidents will also be recognized, according to a BBB press release.
“This is a night to celebrate strong trade in the Panhandle,” said BBB President Janna Keel. “It's important to network with top companies and support good business. These companies employ practices that create high levels of trust among employees, customers, and communities.”
BBB said the purpose of the contest is to highlight ethical companies that have proven through their submissions that they are worthy of being selected as finalists.
The finalists for the 2024 Torch Prize Ethics Contest are:
Small business category:
- bonus insurance
- price roofing company
Medium business category:
- andrus brothers roofing material
- amarillo glass doctor
- Matthews HVAC Services
- Renu painting
Large company category:
- allstate security industries
- 1-800-Plumber + Air and Electrical
