Montvale, N.J., March 7, 2024 (Globe Newswire) — Pioneering healthcare communications company health monitor network today announced the appointment of Lorraine Foster as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Lorraine will report to his CEO, David Paragamian, and will lead the human resources function with a focus on organizational growth and design, succession planning, colleague training, development, and engagement. She will join her executive leadership team and work with her senior leadership colleagues to further scale the organization to meet the company's significant growth and accompanying talent needs.

Lorraine holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Binghamton University, a certification in human resources diversity and inclusion from Cornell University, and is a SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified human resources professional.
She brings over 20 years of human resources management experience to Health Monitor Network. Lorraine joins from Publicis Media, where she was the exclusive talent for a top five pharmaceutical company in the world and served as her lead business partner. She has also worked as vice president of human resources at Havas Health and as senior vice president of human resources at her HealthSTAR Communications network of healthcare organizations.
