Michael Holland, President and CEO of S&H Systems, is pleased to announce that David Bach, a successful leader with expertise in numerous material handling fields, has joined S&H Systems as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Masu.
Mr. Bach is a talented sales executive with over 30 years of experience in the automated material handling equipment industry. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and extensive expertise in developing superstar sales teams. Mr. Bach plans to significantly increase S&H Systems' U.S. market share by forging mutually beneficial partnerships and cultivating a diverse and broad customer base.
“David's strategic approach and deep industry knowledge will benefit our customers, business partners and our S&H Systems organization,” Holland explained.
Mr. Bach has managed international sales teams that have served Fortune 500 customers across multiple retail and commercial industries, including e-commerce, home improvement, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods and traditional retail.
Mr. Bach has held several positions during his career, including: Vice President of Regional Operations, Systems Sales Account Manager, Major Account Director, Americas Sales Leader, Business Development Manager, and Vice President of Systems Sales and International Sales. And he achieved double-digit growth towards a client portfolio of over $1 billion.
Mr. Bach is a military veteran and has been the director of a Christian-based summer camp in Wisconsin that provides free experiences to those in need for more than 11 years. He has also received multiple President's Club Awards for Sales Achievement and Sales Leadership.
