The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) on Tuesday announced the winners of its 70th Annual Silver Plate Awards, which recognize best-in-class leaders across multiple foodservice sectors.
Winners are selected from a pool of industry nominees by a jury of industry journalists and past winners.
A secret ballot will determine one Silver Plate recipient who will receive the association's highest honor, the IFMA Gold Plate. The award, along with silver plate honors, will be presented on May 18 in the Great Hall at Chicago's Union Station.
