A female zookeeper was attacked by an alligator at Utah's Scales and Tails Reptile Center. A video of the incident is currently circulating online, showing the brave visitor and his colleague jumping into the cage to rescue the victim.
According to crazed.net, the incident occurred at a reptile center in 2021. Children celebrating a birthday party gathered around the crocodile's cage and watched zookeeper Lindsey Bull feed the crocodile lunch. The 11-year-old, 8.5-foot-long alligator suddenly grabbed the handler's hand, locked him in its jaws and began dragging him.

According to reports, a 48-year-old visitor jumped into the tank and tried to free the zookeeper's hands. Another zoo employee then separated the victim from the crocodile. The video also shows children crying around the cage.

This old video has resurfaced on the internet, sending chills among social media users. Reacting to the video, one user praised the visitor who jumped into the cage to help the victim, writing: “Big respect to that man. He risked his life to save her arms. You put yourself at risk.'' Another user commented, “Just being grateful is not enough because that guy has some serious guts.''
“Amazing how calm and collected she remained. Bravo,” a third user applauded the keeper.
The 31-year-old zookeeper had to undergo surgery after the incident. According to reports, she suffered tendon damage to her wrist and hand and her bones were missing.
