Juliet's House Animal Rescue Hosts 2nd Annual Whiskers Roundup Fundraising event, To save more homeless animals in the Triad.
Location: Pig Pounder Brewery (1107 Grecade St, Greensboro, NC 27408)
Over the past eight years, Juliet's House has rescued more than 7,000 homeless animals in the Triad. The Whisker Round-Up serves as an important fundraising effort to continue these efforts.
Juliet's House Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration of young, sick, injured, and homeless animals.
Through the generous support of our community, Juliet House has been able to make a huge impact on the lives of countless animals, providing them with a second chance at happiness and a loving forever home.
This year's Whisker Roundup will feature a large selection of more than 95 silent auction items, offering attendees the opportunity to bid on an array of unique and rare items generously donated by local businesses and individuals.
Special vacations, spa packages, guitar lessons to art and much more. There will be something for everyone to bid on and enjoy.
In addition to a silent auction, the event will also include a 50/50 raffle, a four-legged fashion boutique, and an animal cuddle station.
Live music will be provided by Susannah McFarlane, a well-known local artist and animal lover. There will also be local sake and food trucks in the parking lot, so you can enjoy the event. WFMY News 2's Ben Briscoe and Ed Matthews will moderate the event. Suggested admission is $5.
