Bourbon, No. A512800 needs a loving and patient family
Bourbon came to Pasadena Humane as a shy and fearful dog. He had difficulty adapting to his environment and often hid behind his kennel. We don't know much about his time before coming here, but we can assume that his life was not easy.
Since then, bourbon has gradually progressed and begun to show real growth. He ended up spending some time in a nursing home, where he began exploring and taking regular walks.
He settled into his foster family and showed that he can form lasting bonds with people. He learned that people are actually pretty cool and give him delicious treats.
Now he is ready for the next step – his forever home. Bourbon still needs a home with lots of patience and love.
He needs time, space, and lots of encouragement to become a great dog. We know that if you are willing to accept a dog that needs lots of tender loving care, you will be rewarded with a lifelong friend.
The dog adoption fee is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
View photos of adoptable pets and schedule an adoption appointment on our website. Adoptions are by appointment only, with new adoptions available at 10 a.m. on Sundays and Wednesdays. Walk-ins are available daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Luna (number A512379) is a 2-year-old shepherd who loves belly rubs and treats.
Everyone at Pasadena Humane is overjoyed with 2-year-old Luna! This beautiful shepherd has been described as “so sweet,” “velcro dog,” and “awesome!” She must be special since she has received so many rave reviews!
Luna first arrived at Pasadena Humane with four newborn puppies. They spent some time in foster homes until the puppies were old enough to be adopted. Now that all the puppies have found homes, it's Mama Luna's turn.
Luna is home trained and has learned many training tips. She is so smart and automatically sits down for her treats and gives her best puppy eyes so no one can resist her.
According to her foster family, Luna loves being petted, belly rubs and treats. She loves to look up and make eye contact during walks, and she accepts hugs from everyone at Humane.
Luna probably wants to be the only dog in your life, but that means her attention will be focused on you.
The dog adoption fee is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.

Angel is as gentle as its name
This adorable little girl was found by her rescue as a stray kitten and raised by a neighbor. Her angel was so cute that it seemed like she must belong to someone, but no one came to claim her. It's hard to understand how she could ignore such a good-natured kitten.
Angel loves human attention and loves being your lap cat, satisfying purrs, and cuddling next to you in bed, watching TV, or texting. .
They get along well with other cats (as long as they don't try to sit next to you). How sweet is that?
Can someone please give Angel a heavenly home where he can purr and be loved? She was born around 2020. See more photos of Her Angel and apply to adopt her at www.lifelineforpets.org/angel.html.
