Here at Townsquare Media, we're spending the month of March celebrating pet adoptions. Evansville and Owensboro radio stations have a long history of supporting a variety of pet rescues and shelters. We are committed to helping as many pets as possible find new homes. Our new contest – happy tales– is a heartwarming celebration of success stories.

Happy Tails is proudly sponsored by Robert John and Associates and is looking for people here in the Tri-State who have adopted pets from certified shelters and shelters in western Kentucky, southern Indiana, and southern Illinois. If you have a rescued pet, please share a photo of your pet and its story. We want to know how the rescue/shelter got them, how you found out about and adopted them, and the joy they brought to your home and heart. I think.

By the way, all pets are welcome to participate in the contest. However, only those truly rescued from certified shelters or rescue facilities in the tri-state area. We celebrate all kinds of animals: dogs, cats, horses, pigs, other farm animals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles.
