It means that it is. From natural beats to glamorous disco, it's all about glowing skin and glowing colors. To create a rounder eye shape, Kyle recommends using a neutral brown shadow and blending pressed powder all over the lid to create a rounded crease. Next, use a white liner to highlight your waterline.
Finally, add a volumizing mascara, like Mirabella Lash Luxe Mascara ($19), to your upper and lower lashes, Kyle says.
