Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud inaugurated the Ayush Holistic Wellness Center on the Supreme Court premises on Thursday. Conversation with CJI Annie, He said he too has been associated with Ayush since the coronavirus outbreak and recalled his phone conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
As the CJI recalls, the Prime Minister said, “I believe you are coming down with coronavirus. I hope everything is well. I know you are not feeling well.'' But we will do our best. We have the same Vaidya too.''Ayush's secretary and I will arrange a phone call and send medicines etc. ”
When Chief Minister CJI Chandrachud called, he was under a severe attack from the coronavirus.
He went on to express his gratitude to Ayurveda, yoga, naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, homeopathy and all the doctors associated with Ayush and said, “I am a supporter of Ayurveda and a holistic lifestyle. I took medicine from Ayush when I was sick.” “I got infected with coronavirus. During my second and third COVID-19 infections, I did not take any allopathic medicines. I am deeply grateful to all the doctors at Ayush.”
Terming the inauguration as a “satisfying moment”, Chandrachud said he had been working on this ever since he became CJI.
“We have over 2,000 staff members and we have to look at the life patterns of the staff as well as the judges and their immediate families holistically. I'm very concerned. I want them to have a holistic life pattern.”
The CJI also revealed that he has been following a vegan diet for the past five months and plans to continue doing so. “I do yoga. I follow a vegan diet. I have been following a completely vegan diet for the past five months and will continue to do so. I live a holistic life that starts with what I eat. “I try to focus on patterns,” he said. Ani.
