PRecious Communications has appointed Allanjit Singh (pictured) as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
In his role, Singh will contribute to Precious Communications' regional growth strategy through integrated services and an enhanced services approach, founder and group CEO Lars Vodisch said when contacted by Marketing Interactive. He will also work closely with Voedisch and the executive leadership team.
Mr. Singh will also focus on building an enhanced PRecious proposition, delivered through a proactive customer engagement platform and PRecious' unique marketing and communications touchpoints.

In addition, Mr. Singh said that PRecious will continue to develop a revamped client-centric approach focused on delivering expert counsel and best-in-class solutions from across the network as PRecious simultaneously invests in talent and key partnerships in each market. You will be tasked with implementing the operational model.
Singh has over 20 years of industry expertise. Previously, he led high-performing agency teams at Havas and Zeno, delivering unified communications programs across a variety of industries. He has also served as strategic advisor to senior executives of global brands such as Lenovo, UPS, Unilever and Marriott International, as well as to various local government and statutory boards.
“The next phase will focus on leveraging our recent investments in talent and capabilities, enabling the PRecious team to serve as a strategic partner for our clients and focus on business outcomes through our integrated delivery model. ” said Singh.

In parallel, PRecious has appointed Sio Ji Hart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Sharon Koh as Regional Head of People and Culture.
Mr. Sio previously served as CFO at major agencies including Ogilvy, Gray, and Publicis Groupe. He has a proven track record of improving the financial health of agency teams across Southeast Asian markets. In his new role, he will strengthen the Group's financial discipline and commercial model.
Meanwhile, Mr. Koh has over three years of experience with Publicis Groupe. She was previously Group Talent Acquisition Specialist and has since been promoted to Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist and Head of Singapore Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Previously, he was Regional New Business Director for APAC at Carat and Director of Client Services at Havas Worldwide.
These new hires come as PRecious looks to strengthen the capabilities of its existing in-market teams.
“Our plans revolve around leveraging recent investments in talent and capabilities across the region, going beyond ensuring that PRecious consultants achieve basic media relations outcomes. We enable us to act as a true strategic partner for our clients,” Voedish said in a conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
At the same time, PRecious is committed to delivering an upgraded and consistent PRecious experience across existing offices.
