Nearly 40 dogs are traveling an estimated 1,500 miles to the Empire State. This is all thanks to the kind hearts of the folks at PETS Low Cost Spay/Neuter & Underdog Express, who are looking for more people to house their fur babies.
ELECTRA (KFDX/KJTL) — The PETS mobile vaccination clinic is returning to Electra to help keep your four-legged family members healthy.
Bring your feline or canine friend to the Electra Fire Station, 111 E. Cleveland Avenue, on Saturday, Feb. 24, to receive vaccinations and medications.
From rabies vaccines for $15 to prophylaxis starting at $25, stop by our pop-up event hosted by Electra Animal Control from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Additionally, in honor of Heartworm Awareness Month this February, participants will receive a free heartworm test with the purchase of a year's worth of preventative medication.
According to their Facebook page, all residents and their pets are encouraged to come to the fire station so Electra Animal Control can continue to offer vaccination clinics like this one.
