Today, Salesforce announced Marketing Cloud Growth, an edition of Marketing Cloud designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses.
With the help of AI, this edition enables marketers to segment audiences, create and run email campaigns from text to images, optimize campaign performance, and create unified customer profiles. It becomes easier. It also features a prompt builder that allows you to save and manage known and trusted prompts for your organization.

Salesforce developed the new edition by considering the most common use cases that small businesses often don't have the talent or resources for. This includes things like campaign personalization and advanced testing.
The company is also allowing small businesses (less than 200 employees) with Sales or Service Enterprise Edition to “get started with Data Cloud for free.” Marketing Cloud Growth will be available initially in the United States and Canada, with plans to expand to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by the end of the year.
why do we care? First of all, small businesses need all the help they can get. This creates an opportunity to start using AI within a centralized marketing workflow, rather than importing content from independent generative AI tools. Perhaps this is also a sign that Salesforce is trying to compete with platforms that more overtly favor her SMB customers (maybe HubSpot?).
