Silvera has announced the appointment of renowned technology expert Adrian Gormley as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Gormley is a former executive at technology giants Dropbox and Google and has extensive experience scaling technology companies and driving strategic initiatives.
Mr. Gormley has a background in supporting international expansion and is well-positioned to lead Silvera as it seeks to expand its customer base and improve operational efficiency.
Sylvera specializes in evaluating the success of corporate carbon offset initiatives, providing valuable guidance to help companies direct resources toward meaningful sustainability projects.
The carbon data provider selected Mr. Gormley for his proven track record in the technology industry and expertise in optimizing business operations. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Gormley will be responsible for overseeing Silvera's operational team and implementing strategies to drive the company's growth and development.

The appointment of a new COO comes at a pivotal moment for Silvera, which is looking to capitalize on its recent fundraising success to accelerate its growth trajectory. Since its founding in 2020, the company has raised approximately $100 million through various funding rounds, including in July 2023 and January 2022.
