YOUNGTOWN, Ohio – In 2023, Faris Marketing enters its 38th year of business and expanded its customer base while providing professional services within the social media and digital media categories.
Most of the agency's customers are located in Ohio and Pennsylvania, but there are also customers based in Texas and Florida.
“We handle marketing operations in nearly every state and have worked in the United Kingdom and South America,” says CEO George Farris. “Zoom and similar platforms have greatly reduced travel and greatly improved the way we live and do business. Efficiency and client communication have improved, while project completion timelines have shortened. It's a win-win situation for us and for our clients.”
Faris has made it a priority to leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence and other technological developments in marketing.
“When it comes to creativity and strategy, it doesn’t matter whether the solution is analog, digital, or a combination of the two,” says Makenna Ozenger, vice president of client services.
“We start with the best message that provides treatment for the pain our clients are experiencing. The production must be flawless, and media selection is based on goals, market, and budget.” she says.
Farris Marketing helped launch a record number of social media campaigns in 2023. Content included award-winning graphics and videos in various formats.
Mr. Faris has developed multiple B2B social media campaigns that will pick up manufacturing and service companies and expand in 2024.
“2003 was a good year,” Faris says. “If all goes to plan, 2024 could be our best year yet.”
