Adopt adorable guinea pig Peanut Butter Pie from the Lowell Humane Society. (Courtesy of Lowell Humane Society)
Say hello to “Peanut Butter Pie,” an adorable little guinea pig currently at the Lowell Humane Society. He and his brother Bear Tracks are looking for a new family to open up their home and heart to. Peanut butter pie can also be hand-fed. He and Beartrax love an enclosure filled with hay, some toys, and hiding places.
There is currently an overabundance of small pets in the commonwealth, and many people adopt them without understanding their emotional and physical needs. Lowell Humane Society can help you learn how to give these cute little brothers the best homes. For those who can't own a dog or cat, these little brothers will happily snuggle into your lap and meow with delight.
Lowell Humane Society, 951 Broadway St., Lowell, is open Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. Call 978-452-7781 or email info@lowellhumanesociety.org. If you can't adopt, please share this story.
