X user Sonai Acharya ordered Japanese food from Zomato. However, when she opened her package, she was shocked to find a cockroach inside her noodles. She took to her microblogging platform to elaborate on her own experiences. When she posted about it, the food delivery company responded and said they would look into the matter.
“I had a horrible experience ordering from @Zomato. I ordered the Japanese Miso Ramen Chicken at Auntie Fug's and there was a cockroach in my meal! Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The quality control here… Really disappointed. @Zomato is beyond terrible. #ZomatoNightmare,” he wrote. Acharya's tweet. She also posted images of the items she ordered. One of her images is a snapshot of her Zomato order history and the other one shows a cockroach in her noodle bowl.

Earlier, another person found cockroaches in the food served on the Vande Bharat Express train from Rani Kamlapati to Jabalpur. Dr. Shuvendu Keshari, an I was traumatized when I saw there was a dead cockroach inside.” He also shared a photo of cockroaches in his food.
