The Tacoma & Pierce County Humane Society will be offering a $14 adoption fee for all adult dogs and cats (2 years and older) and creatures of all ages from February 13th to 18th.
The shelter currently has more than 50 dogs, 25 cats, and 20 animals available for adoption at its facilities and foster homes.
Candy is one of many dogs waiting for a loving home. Candy is a sweet and energetic 4-year-old pit bull mix who will bring a lifetime of love to her adoptive family.
All adoptable pets are health checked by shelter staff, spayed/neutered, have received their first vaccinations, and are nationally registered with a microchip.

Adoption drives will be held at the shelter, located at 2608 Center Street, during the shelter's regular business hours, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We recommend submitting adoption applications by 3:00 PM during the promotional period to ensure the shelter team has enough time to assist each potential foster parent.
