(Advertisement feature) — The most romantic day of the year is just around the corner. Hyatt Regency Saipan has something special for you and your loved ones.
On Valentine's Day, Wednesday, Feb. 14, after 6 p.m., experience the enchanting candlelit atmosphere at Giovanni's as violinist Aaron Chasteen serenades you with soothing music.
The evening will highlight a unique five-course dinner prepared by Hyatt's new Executive Chef Christopher Adams and his culinary team. We aim to impress diners with an elegant evening full of flavour, excitement and love and make Valentine's Day one to remember.
The five-course dinner begins with a complimentary glass of wine and features a gastronomic journey that includes hors d'oeuvres, soups, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. This special dinner includes Chef Adams' signature version of the popular local dish “Charakiris.”
Giovanni's special 5-course Valentine's Day dinner costs $85 per person, or $75 for Club at the Hyatt members.
At Hyatt Regency Saipan, every dish is thoughtfully prepared and presented, with every detail considered to keep romance alive.
Lovebirds who wish to stay overnight will enjoy a promotional room rate of $140, which includes breakfast for two.
