Having lived in Hawaii for the past 14 years, Hilary has a deep knowledge of the destination and a deep respect for the island's culture and natural beauty. Her most recent roles include the Waldorf Astoria's Marketing Director, where she led the comprehensive re-introduction of the Grand Wailea Resort after a three-year renovation. Her experience includes high-level marketing roles at the Four Seasons Resort Maui and the destination Hyatt by Hyatt. Her ability to drive results is not limited to numbers, but extends to her unique talent for creating and executing strategies towards larger visions and goals. In the past, her efforts have effectively reshaped the pattern of key performance indicators and set new records within the organizations she has worked for.
