Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja recently made headlines after his father revealed in an interview that there was a rift in the relationship between father and son. Anirudhsinh Jadeja told a Gujarati daily that he blamed his son's wife Rivaba for the family rift.
“The problem started a few months after the marriage. I currently live alone in Jamnagar while Ravindra lives in a separate bungalow of his own. He lives in the same city. I don't know what spell his wife has cast on him,'' Jadeja's father told Divya Bhaskar.
Now, an old tweet by Ravindra Jadeja from 2012 has surfaced on the internet where he talks about how important it is to respect parents. “People who touch their parents' feet every day will never face a situation in their life where they touch someone else's feet,” the tweet read.

In response to this old tweet, one user wrote: Badal ge ap toh. ” Another user said, “This is the Jadu we all love. Kya hogya apko abu?” Yet another said, “I never imagined a man like you would go against his parents.” ” he responded.
However, after her father's interview attracted attention, Ravindra Jadeja explained that it was “scripted”. In a note he shared in Gujarati, he said: This is a one-sided story, and I completely deny the allegations. Any attempt to tarnish the wife's image is truly reprehensible and unclassy. I have a lot to say, but I don't want to make it public. ”
